An 'afschuifband' is called a Conveyor with Plow-offs.
This concerns a conveyor belt that slides the products off to the side by means of plow-off or slide-off slats (afschuiflatten).

I did find one patent online (which looks like a translation from either French or German) calling it a "push-off belt".
and I found this in Huitenga:
