Es una cláusula que contempla supuestos de fuerza mayor en los que se interrumpe el servicio. En este caso, el servicio se interrumpe por resolución judicial o por decisión judicial dictada por un juzgado (unipersonal) o por un tribunal (más de un juez).

De esta forma, usas el término genérico (hiperónimo) que abarca todas las decisiones judiciales posibles, desde un simple auto hasta una sentencia judicial.
