Companies Act

If you want something more English sounding.

"Law of companies" or similar translations are confusing because they could imply "company law". This is an act of congress/parliament.

"General" is hugely overused in Spanish, and can often be omitted.

"Commercial companies" is a tautology.

Corporations/Companies and Partnerships Act
