English to German Law/Patents Medical: Health Care Administration

In einem "Certificate of Good Standing" for einen Arzt (physician) aus der Republik Jemen, heißt die ausstellende Behörde:
"Council of Ministers, Medical Council, President"

Was könnte hier dem "Medical Council" entsprechen? Ich dachte zuerst, es sei das Gesundheitsministerium, aber der President macht mich da etwas stutzig.

ortholingua May 24, 2017: Agree with JackMark; just as the American Medical Association is not translated when mentioned in German publications, I would leave it as it is on their web site: Republic of Yemen, Council of Ministers, Medical Council.
