It is the kind of divorce which is irrevocable, however, the husband can remarry the same woman after concluding a new contract of marriage and payment of new dower .As against this is the kind of divorce Divorce called, بينونة كبرى Baynoono Kubr” in which the husband cannot remarry the same woman unless she is married to another man and he divorce her."
