Medical (general)
Tomografia espiral multicorte
This is puzzling me, something doesn't fit. First of all it should be retrocavo pretraqueal but any way...
This is a multislice helical CT.
Here is the context:
lesi6n que se extiende caudalmente hasta el hilio pulmonar respectivo, mide aproximadamente 9.2 x 8.1 x 6,3cm de diametros mayores en proximal a distal, AP, transverso respectivamente., se asocia a adenomegalias de aspecto secundario a nivel del compartimento mediastinales pretraqueal retrocavo, pre y subcarinal la mayor de 3. 5 cm.
Thank you for all your help!

Note from asker:
Thank you Andres, really helpful references. That is what I had originally and then I started second-guessing myself. |

PROCESO NEOFORMATIVO PRIMARIO PULMONAR DEPENDIENTE DEL SEGMENTO ANTERIOR DEL LS DERECHO ADYACENTE A LA PLEURA MEDIASTINAL, SE ASOCIA A ADENOMEGALIAS SECUNDARIAS EN LOS COMPARTIMENTOS DEL MEDIASTINO
Of the 42 patients, lymph nodes were found in at least one compartment in 34 (81%). Analysis of nodal distribution is shown in Table 1 and of maximum nodal size per patient in Table 2.
The most frequent site at which lymph nodes were found was the precarinal/subcarinal space in which 24 patients (57%) had detectable nodes. The right superior mediastinum contained nodes in 19 patients (45%) and the left superior mediastinum in 15 patients (36%), while only 7 patients (17%) had visible pretracheal-retrocaval lymph nodes. In only a single patient were nodes detected in all 4 compartments.

"se asocia a adenomegalias [de aspecto secundario a nivel del compartimento] mediastinales, pretraqueal, retrocavo, pre y subcarinal, la mayor de 3. 5 cm."
In other words, does "mediastinales, pretraqueal, retrocavo, pre y subcarinal" modify "adenomegalias"?
