Inutile de préciser ici qu'il s'agit de la roue arrière. Ce qu serait exceptionnel ce serait une bicyclette sur laquelle la roue avant serait entraînée par la chaîne. On suppose donc, par défaut, que le pignon est monté sur la roue arrière.

précision : sur les vélos, il y a un plateau sur le pédalier, et un pignon à l'arrière. Le pignon est toujours à l'arrière.
Il s'agit ici d'une trottinette électrique - c'est la roue arrière qui est entraînée - ce ne peut pas être la roue avant, qui est directionnelle. Le plateau est donc évidemment sur la roue arrière. Il est donc superflu de préciser qu'il s'agit de la roue arrière, c'est évident pour tout qui comprend le mécanisme.
