Abbreviation USAC in adverse event report from Spain
This is an adverse event report in Spanish, from Catalonia. The acronym USAC appears in several places, with little context. Examples:

Searching for initials USAC with a possible connection to a clinical trial in Spain, the most likely ones I find are Universal Service Administrative Company and USA Couriers. Can anybody shed any light on this?

At least it exists in Catalonia. It seems to be specifically associated with the Institut Català d'Oncologia. Does that fit your context?

That's lucky!
For atención continuada the NHS term in the UK is "continuing healthcare", but for the US/International English I think the generic term would be "ongoing care".
