I am translating a contract with some data protection clauses from German to US English, and I am stumped as to what "Jedermannsverzeichnis" could mean.
Context:
Die Pflicht zur Führung des öffentlichen Verfahrensverzeichnisses (***Jedermannsverzeichnis***) gem. § 4g (2) S.2 BDSG liegt beim AG.
I know that it refers to registrable particulars, but I am wondering if there's a suitable English equivalent for "Jedermannsverzeichnis".

It's not about "translating Verfahrensverzeichnis" as in Phil's 2nd sentence, but about "öffentliches Verfahrensverzeichnis," as in his 1st one, because there is an internal one too.

"Jedermann" specifies the "Verzeichnis" that anyone can access:
"Daher muss es im Gegensatz zum internen Verfahrensverzeichnis unter gewissen Voraussetzungen jedermann zugänglich gemacht werden (deshalb auch als 'Jedermann-Verzeichnis' bezeichnet)."

There are even quotes around the word here, so I'd agree that you don't have to translate it; it's just another term for "öffentliches Verfahrensverzeichnis."
