Guatemalan Marriage Certificate
A field in the certificate states "Capitulaciones: No". I have found several possibilities for this translation, such as "Marital Property Agreement" or even "Prenuptial Agreement" (in the context of certain countries). Any ideas on the best translation for a U.S. audience?

I would say your idea of "marital property agreement" is the most suitable idea in the case of Guatemala:

Sorry, I posted this by accident just as I was about to change the entry to "marital property agreement/arrangements" as I think "arrangements" might be a touch more explanatory.
The reason I think "prenuptial agreement" doesn't work here is because the prenup is designed to govern how property will be divided after a separation, whereas this appears to be designed to govern who owns/administrates which properties during the marriage (and consequently afterwards, should it end).
