Spanish term

patrón de trabajo

Spanish to English Social Sciences Human Resources Regional preference
"...conseguir un gerente con mayor experiencia, que sepa llevar un patrón de trabajo."

patrón as in "pattern".... work flow?

The writer is probably Mexican, but not sure.

Discussion

@Sergio OK. Then why not suggest that as your answer? :)
Sergio Kot Oct 1, 2016:
@Margarida Kindly note that in the Linguee ref. provided "standard working" is used in conjunction with "solution" - thus "standard working solution" - which I'm quite sure does not apply in this case. On the other hand, in the same ref. the term "working pattern" appears several times as a translation for "patrón de trabajo" (which would be my option here).

... able to carry out some work guidelines / a work policy...

I'd take it depends on the overall context. But here are a couple of additional options.
