(1). I don’t know what 相同 pertains to. What exactly is similar? My guess is below

(2). I’m not familiar enough with the concept to feel 100% certain about the phrase “置成1.25 μg/mL的标准溶液.” Is my stab at it correct?
吸1ml置100ml容量瓶用甲醇溶解稀释至刻度，置成1.25 μg/mL的标准溶液。
Draw out 1mL into a 100-mL volumetric flask and use methanol to dissolve and dilute to the graduation mark. Set to 1.25 μg/mL standard solution.
