There is the translation of pass-through for Durchgriff in the glossaries. So I'll literally pass on that one.

As Kim intimates, more contextualized narrative or - in US pihilosopher-speak: narrativization - would be helpful, namely if company officers and directors are dancing behind the 'corporate veil'.
