在翻业主大会通知，有一段弄不清，请教有经验者：
“...
Each Strata Lot has its own unique Proxy Form in this package, and we request that all owners granting their vote by proxy to another person make use of their unique proxy form in order to assist in certification of proxies..."
1. all the owners 是指同一单元（Lot）里的业主？
2. ...granting their vote by proxy to another... 同意代理代其投票， vote to another...就是和其他业主及代理人一起投票，表达意见？这里 another person 是同一公寓中的其他业主？
3. 没弄清怎么就 assist in certification of proxies （还是复数，一大堆代理么？）
总之就是这段话没看清楚
