This is from an opinion piece in a Panamanian newspaper, about the Republican hate campaign against Hillary Clinton.
The term "tinterillos" occurs twice, in two successive sentences; in the first, with "pagos", but in the second without it.
Here is the context in which it occurs:
I have come up with "paid shysters" & "paid mouthpieces", but I'm not very enthusiastic about either of those alternatives.
Any other (hopefully better) ideas?
Thanks very much in advance.
