Harmonization ir reiškia derinimą/suderinimą. Coordination turi kiek kitokį atspalvį ir aš čia jo nevartočiau. Antras artikelis yra optional :)

: Sutinku su Ramūnu, antro artikelio tikrai nereikia. Ir dėl 'coordination'. 'Harmonization' visada buvo vartojamas kalbant apie vietinių ir ES įstatymų derinimą, o 'coordination' - kalbant apie derinimą tarp įvairių instancijų. Yra skirtumas.

Kadangi neaišku, su kuo/kas yra derinama-ar tarp institucijų, ar kad atitiktų įvairius LT įstatymus, ar kad atitiktų ES reikalavimus, aš pasilieku ties harmonization. Coordination man siejasi su renginių koord./fizine veikla, o ne derinimu kaip principu.

Discussion
Mačiau, jog mūsų kolega buvo pasiūlęs versti "tvarkos aprašą" ir kaip Schedules of Procedures, bet ten gal labiau tinka Australijos įstatymų leidybai.
Dėl "coordination" - gal ir būtų tinkamas variantas, jį siūlo ir VLKK, bet labai siaurame kontekste (jie taip pat siūlo ir tokius "dokumentų derinimo" atitikmenis kaip conciliation, consideration). Tačiau, liksiu prie Ritos siūlymo, juolab, kad kontekste toliau aiškina: "Plėtros projekte apžvelgti Europos Sąjungos ir Lietuvos energetikos bei aplinkosaugos politikos teisiniai aspektai..."
Dar kartą ačiū už visus pasiūlymus ir diskusiją.
