Medical - Medical: Pharmaceuticals / pasta anticaries
English term or phrase: monograph testing
Saludos:

Espero puedan ayudarme con este término. Estoy traduciendo un documento relacionado con una nueva pasta de dientes y no estoy seguro de su traducción más precisa. El contexto es:

The rat caries study has been completed and the results indicate that toothpaste A anticaries efficacy is at least equivalent to toothpaste B, a formula clinically proven for the control of caries and the mean incipient lesion score per rat is lower than for toothpaste B, low fluoride control dentrifice and placebo. therefore, it has passed the requirement for fluoride dentrifice FDA monograph testing.

Gracias de antemano.

What are monographs used for?
Primarily, monographs are used to help control the quality of pharmaceutical, dietary supplement, and food ingredient products.
