When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

piqué fabric bedspreads
Cotton piqué is a raised-up kind of motif, weaved into the fabric and thus of the same colour. It can also be used to describe a same-colour stited pattern/motif on a fabric, sometimes producing a quilting effect if there is a layer of wadding also. Conclusion? The term in French could be describing a quilted bedspread or not. But as piqué de coton is cotton piqué so that should do the trick.
