In a Supply Contract for EOM parts:

"a) Should the quality deficiency and/or the delay in the supply have generated Components, Units, Modules and/or XXX Vehicles not complete at the line exit, **recuperated out of the station** and/or on the parking, the following shall be indemnified: i) the manpower hours necessary to remedy the production, the additional handling activities and possible stop of the activities down the production line; and ii) the waste materials generated during the operations performed to remedy the production."
