The acronym appears multiple times in a medical report, followed by the name and dosage of BOTH prescription and OTC drugs and products that the patient will have to take/use.
I think it means "Specialità medicinale" but I'm not quite sure that "Medical product" (or "MP") is the best choice of words for this type of document.

As always, it would be help if we could see a few examples of your Italian text itself, especially if this Sp appears before the names of different/various types of products
If this indeed turns out to be Specialità medicinale, my translation of this term is "medicinal product." However, in your case, it may be possible to just leave it out altogether (need to see some examples).
