¿Significa que X le va a cobrar exactamente lo que le han cobrado a él, "precio real"? Porque he encontrado la traducción como "precio final", que ya imagino que incluiría algo más que el real...

"Precio de coste" también se podría emplear, en mi opinión; aunque quizás suene un poco raro, más de una vez lo he leído y escuchado.

Se facturará exactamente lo que ha costado. En este caso el transporte tiene un costo, que no es lo mismo que el precio. Un producto tiene el costo de fabricación y un precio de venta.

Al decir "costo" queda claro que no hay ningún factor adicional (comisión, ganancia, etc.) en el monto, que bien podría haber en el "precio"
