meine Frage bezieht sich auf with the. Was heisst das hier? Ich habe da plöstzlich Schwierigkeiten. Natürlich weiß ich, dass with normalerweise mit bedeutet.

gemäß der ? mit der xy nach Paragraf z versehen bescheinige hier hiermit, dass dieses Dokument .....
aufgrund der mit nach Par. ... festgelegten Vollmachten bescheinige ich hiermit ...

Wenn es dich so sehr aufregt, wenn Diskussionsbeiträge kommen, die dir nicht gefallen, dann wirst du hier (und anderswo) nur sehr wenig lernen können. Tatsächlich ist es weder hier noch anderswo sinnvoll, für jede einzelne Präposition eine passende in der anderen Sprache zu suchen. "Als gemäß ... bevollmächtigter Notar ... bescheinige ich ..." genügt völlig – schließlich ist es ja ein Stempel, da gehören eigentlich keine Kurzromane drauf.

Rolf Keller Mar 27, 2016: "Gemäß" einer Vollmacht etwas bescheinigen, das geht, auch wenn der Satz damit nicht schön wird. "Aufgrund" geht da aber gar nicht, weil es logisch falsch ist. Ricki Farn Mar 27, 2016: Ich würde "Power of a Notary Public" wie du als "Befugnisse eines Notars" verstehen, aber ich bin keine juristische Übersetzerin und weiß nicht, wie deutsche Notare das schreiben -- "Ich bescheinige in meiner Eigenschaft als Notar" googelt ganz gut. (Und braucht man das "federal"? Ist es im Land der Ausgangssprache eindeutig, wer Notare einsetzt?)
