In the case of an **open-end** service, XXX invoices only actual costs to the customer. Thus XXX has no risk exposure associated with the service provision. Typical services provided in **open-end** mode are fuel and tax management.
In exceptional cases, XXX would also offer other services in **open-end**, e.g. for fleet management contracts, in which the asset is not owned by XXX."
