'Passiv' implies he is moved (= cannot move on his own, although that's hard to imagine in a patient who can get to an armchair a couple of weeks or months later). 'Mobilisiert' per se does not imply anything in terms of the patient's abilities, it just means a physiotherapist is engaged to get him to move.

Hi Marcus he cannot do it alone, so someone has to move him to the edge of the bed. He also needs help to get into the armchair.

Mobilisation in den Sessel Does this mean he can sit on the armchair on his own as well or does "Mobilisation" imply the patient is being helped to sit?
