English term

learning sets

English to French Bus/Financial Human Resources
"The value of learning sets and spending time with their peers was highlighted as being particularly beneficial, allowing them to consider multiple perspectives, and learn from others in the same role."

Context : leadership training

Est-ce que si je traduis ça par "différents modes d'apprentissage", ça reflète bien l'idée du texte ?

groupe d'apprentissage

My feeling is that "set" does not refer to a means/structure, but the people learning.
A set, a group of people.

Precisely this is a type of learning with and from one's peers, rather than, or complementing, learning via a trainer/teacher
Peer comment(s):

agree Victoria Britten : This is more likely. After all, it seems self-evident that the actual stuff being learnt would be beneficial, otherwise why bother?
