Generalnie "bolesność" powinna oznaczać ból pojawiający się przy badaniu (ucisku, dotyku), a nie samoistny (a w każdym razie JA tak uważam, hihi) - a więc tenderness. Tu jednak chyba raczej chodzi o ból niewywołany badaniem, chociaż w przypadku ganglionu najczęściej ból jest prowokowany tylko ruchem albo przypadkowym uciskiem.
"Żywa" bolesność po prostu znaczy że mocno boli (reakcja na ucisk jest żywa).
