¡Gracias!

pack(s) / packet(s)

To my understanding, "sachet" is not commonly used in the U.S., and it refers to small sealed bags containing preparations of multiple pills (just like the link shows here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XLshohR27Lk).

In the U.S., if referring to a medication in powder / dissolvable form, sobre / sobrecito would simply be a packet or a pack. It might be referred to as a "dissolve pack", with the number of packets listed in its quantity (see link to Tylenol below: "Dissolve Packs for Children" come with "18 packets", 160 mg each).
Example sentence:

HOW TO USE: Take this medication by mouth, with or without food. Taking it with food may help reduce stomach upset. Mix the contents of one packet in 2 ounces (60 milliliters) of water. Drink this right away.
