Co do "mapping" wydaje mi się, że proponowane tłumaczenie jest poprawne, choć może znalazłby się bardziej dopasowany termin. Co do "delineating", pewnosć mam nieco większa, na właściwe znaczenie naprowadza bowiem skąpy bo skąpy, ale jednak podany kontekst.
