How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Traditionally in international matches you'd have different advertising boards on either side of the pitch - one side for the host nation, the opposite side for the visitors. So for example for a England v Germany match you might have German advertising on one side and English advertising on the other side. German TV will then broadcast the match facing the German advertising and English TV will broadcast from the other side, showing the English advertising (ie. German viewers will see Bauhaus and Bitburger being advertised, while English viewers will see advertising for Vauxhall and Barclays). I think Doppelproduktion/double production refers to the whole setup for this (ie. doubling the whole broadcasting effort), not just to the perimeter advertising.
UEFA calls it double production in its Commercial Regulations for the European qualifying matches for UEFA EURO 2016 and the 2018 FIFA World Cup; see article 8.01:
"Each host association grants UEFA the following promotional rights in relation to each match free of charge to UEFA:
a) the right to advertise on 20% of pitchside advertising boards [...] in case of a so-called double production, on both touchlines of the pitch"
