dishonored vs. unhonored I think there is an opportunity here. I am curious. Asked native speakers around, but those people are no linguists by any means. Can a native speaker express an opinion? Which one would a native speaker here be comfortable with? Not trying to trigger a lengthy discussion. Just curious about their negative connotations. Thanks,

agree betül asiye karpuzcu : bir insan kendi çekini yazdırmaz (aptal olmadığını varsayıyorum) ödenmeyen çekin arkası yazdırılır bu ciro, imza veya endorse işlemiyle alakasız bir durumdur. Türkiye'de çek işlemleri ABD ile pek benzemez, bir bankacıyla konuşmakta fayda olabilir :)

neutral Erkan Dogan : Odenmemis cekten bahsediyorsaniz "unhonored" daha uygun. Dishonored biraz farkli bir anlam verebilir.

Boyle kulanilir. Google'da endorsing checks olarak aratmaniz yeterli. Saygilar,
