Context:

XXX AG reserves the right to adjust the SPS Conditions if this is deemed necessary or appropriate due to changed economic or legal circumstances and if the changes are reasonable for the SPS Participants, taking the interests of the Participating Companies into account. In this case, the Participating Companies will notify the SPS Participants that changed SPS Conditions are available on the Web Portal and give them a period of at least six weeks to object to the changes. The changes will count as approved if the SPS Participant has not objected to them within the stated period. At the beginning of that period, the Participating Companies will specifically point out the significance of remaining silent to the SPS Participants.

Zde mi vůbec není jasné, o co jde, přijde mi, že by to mohlo být cokoli, od nezmíněného ve smlouvě po mlčení, atd...

nečinnost/nereagování

Já bych v tom nehledal vědu. Prostě, je nutno účastníky varovat, jaké následky to bude mít, když se neozvou/nebudou reagovat, protestovat atd.
