Τίτλος εγγράφου που έχει εκδόσει το HMRC.
Αφορά σε νομικό και όχι σε φυσικό πρόσωπο, γι' αυτό δεν νομίζω να αντιστοιχεί σε 'βεβαίωση φορολογικής κατοικίας', μάλλον έδρας. Δεν βρίσκω όμως κάτι αντίστοιχο στα ελληνικά.

The rules about 'Domicile' for 'physical persons' are that they pay tax in the UK if they were resident in the Country for more than 180 days in the year.
However, Companies do not come under this rule, as they have 'trading presence' all the year round. They, therefore pay Corporation Tax on their annual profits in the Country of Trading.

The Company in question must have a 'Registered Office' in the Country and be registered with Company's House. Their 'Registration' is their confirmatory document to be presented to HMRC.

Στο σύνδεσμο που μου δίνεις, αναφέρει ότι

Συμφωνώ με την 'ελεύθερη μετάφρασης' που προτείνει ο transphy, απλά αναρωτιέμαι μήπως υπάρχει αναγνωρισμένη αντιστοίχιση του όρου στα Ελληνικά.
