Spanish term

sin predominio de horarios

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general) Hospital discharge letter from the Dominican Republic
This expression comes in the history delivered to the examining doctor in the emergency department by a patient with gastroenteritis. The context is "evacuaciones diarréicas ..en numerosas ocasiones,...con fiebre alta no termometrada SIN PREDOMINIO DE HORARIOS, y dolor abdominal tipo cólico... " I have found three hits on Google for the problem phrase but am still not clear about the translation into English. Thanks in advance for any help. (Perhaps it is a Latin American expression?)

With no particular (time) pattern

I would normally say "with no particular pattern", but since there is some type of cluster of symptoms (temp, pain etc) maybe "time" is needed.

...high fever...
That is what I understand it to be. There was no pattern for the fever.

agree philgoddard : I think you need to include the idea of time, so perhaps "at random intervals".
