I am translating a Divorce Form from Scotland: Form SPB - Simplified Divorce 2 year separation
In various occasions it reads
1. Complete and sign Part 1 of the form (pages 3-7), paying particular attention to the notes opposite each section
Notes on Sections 1 and 2 opposite
(i) The names entered in Sections 1 and 2 opposite should be those shown on your marriage certificate
Notes on Section 4 opposite
Any suggestions for the meaning of opposite?

Sencillamente. En el impreso, las secciones 1, 2 y 4 están en la página 3 (página derecha), y las notas correspondientes están en la página 2 (página izquierda), justo enfrente de las secciones a las que se refieren. Creo que "enfrente (de)" sería suficiente, pero si te parece que conviene aclararlo podrías poner "en la página de enfrente".
