Spanish term
Transmisiones Patrimoniales Onerosas
Spanish to English
Law/Patents
Law: Taxation & Customs
As opposed to "Impuesto de Transmisiones Patrimoniales".
I know this is in the glossary already, but I'm not sure what distinction is being made between this and "Impuesto de Transmisiones Patrimoniales", which I already have as "Property Transfer Tax":
"A los efectos oportunos, se hace constar que el presente préstamo está sujeto al Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido (I.V.A.), si bien goza de la exención del mismo en virtud del artículo 20.Uno.18.c) de la Ley 37/1992, de 28 de diciembre, y que, como consecuencia, no está sujeto al Impuesto de Transmisiones Patrimoniales por el concepto de ***Transmisiones Patrimoniales Onerosas***."
Thanks for any thoughts!

Property transfer for valuable consideration/for value
This refers to the fact that the transfer is not free. The person who acquires the property pays for it. This refers to the type of transaction not to the tax.

(BrE) Chargeable Capital Transfers
40 years ago, there used to be, in the UK during a Tory government, capital transfer tax on charheable transfers of value.
TLabour then changed the name to Inheritance Tax.
TLabour then changed the name to Inheritance Tax.
Example sentence:
An explanation of capital gains tax on lifetime gifts. ... amount of the tax so borne shall be treated as reducing the value transferred by the chargeable transfer.

: I will go against the flow here. I think this answer is better. I don't like property (it suggests just real estate). Your example is bad however as the chargeable transfer is a gift and not oneroso. I tend to say just Capital Transfers.
