How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Высшее è laurea, laureato, a maggior ragione se si tratta di una laurea quinquennale. Il documento che viene rilasciato alla fine degli studi si chiama diploma di laurea, ma la parola "laurea" deve essere necessariamente presente, altrimenti lo si può confondere con il diploma scolastico. Esiste anche il diploma universitario, ma è di durata triennale, quindi non è il Suo caso.
L'abilitazione, come dice giustamente Natalia, è un ulteriore titolo che si ottiene seguendo appositi percorsi di studi e/o sostenendo esami specifici laddove richiesto, anche se a volte già la laurea stessa può abilitare all'esercizio della professione.

Diplomato — когда есть диплом переводчика, но это может быть не только полное высшее образование, но и, например, курсы.
Laureato — дополнительный плюс к diplomato, то есть имеется университетский диплом о полном высшем образовании (traduttore diplomato, laurea in traduzione ed interpretariato).
Abilitato — когда для ведения переводческой деятельности требуется дополнительная лицензия, например, для присяжных переводчиков в ряде стран.
