Hola a todos --

I am translating blood test results for patient for whom extensive tests were performed.

After a long list of all the elements and values typically found in one's blood panel there appears as a footnote:

Incidencias de pruebas: (bold and underscored) followed by one entry:
Proteina C reactiva: Solcitud de prueba repetida (S. Bioquimica).

I am not sure how one would translate this phrase in this context>

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No creo que se refiera siempre a errores Digo esto porque en un informe de laboratorio que traduzco en este momento aparece lo siguiente:

Tiempos de protombina: muestra no recibida en el laboratorio
INR: muestra no recibida en el laboratorio
Plasma de referencia: muestra no recibida en el laboratorio
Tiempo parcial de tromboplastina: muestra no recibida en el laboratorio

test incidents

Antenatal maternal glucose administration did not decrease the incidence of non-reactive antenatal cardiotocography tests.

Management of test incidents is carried out using the Clear Quest tool by Rational.

Out-of-range test results

I think "incidencias' here is referring to a flagged result. You can possibly confirm this by looking up the normal reference range for C-reactive protein values to see if the patient's value is truly out of range. If it is just close to being out of range, I might go with "abnormal."

Notes / Comments / Observations (on tests)

It's the type of section that wouldn't normally be there (hence the double emphasise with bold and underline), except for the case of exceptions / abnormal circumstances, i.e. in this instance, because the PCR test was repeated.
