I have translated the final sentence so far as: When preparing the Orders of Production (OP) for RC type mixtures, the distribution mass is calculated automatically according to the titres of the active ingredient batches of granule batches 1/0 and 2/1.

But I don't really understand what the 'masse de répartition' is, and don't seem to be able to find the phrase used anywhere else online!
