I'm open to persuasion, but I've never heard of antique music and I can't find any references online. It sounds like a mistranslation of "musica antica".

I wonder if it means something more than "early music", since they've chosen the word "prassi". Could it be something to do with using authentic instruments and playing styles?

No You can't say antique, which refers to objects. You probably Googled it and found things like "antique music box".
