This term comes up in Swiss French email correspondence between finance department employees. At first I thought it might be a typo for "session budgétaire" but it occurs several times.
An example is "ta charge de travail est passée de plusieurs jours ouvrables par **cession budgétaire** à quelques jours maintenant"
A "budgetary transfer" doesn't make much sense either.
I'd be very grateful for all thoughts and advice, please.
