A saddle shoulder has a small band of fabric across the shoulders, from the arm to the neck. SweaterMaker has you knit this band first, and then you will knit the sleeve from the shoulder down to the wrist.

En tout cas, il me semble que dans ce cas (saddleback) le prolongement de la manche qui couvre l'épaule serait plus visible, ou visible seulement, sur la partie arrière de la pièce.
On pourrait peut-être dire "manches avec panneau raglan arrière", ou "dorsal", mais là je n'ai rien trouvé qui le confirme...

: Strictly speaking, the 'saddle shoulder' is slightly different from the raglan sleeve — the latter tapers right up to the neckline, whereas the former only has a fairly narrow, straight band running up to the neckline.
