I believe this is related to cameras, correct? There is a type of cameras called "PTZ Cameras", because they can perform actions of pan, tilt and zoom. In this case, the name is not usually translated since in the market they are really known as "câmaras PTZ, com função pan-tilt-zoom", they use the original English name of the functions.
Below you have a link to two examples, one is the Portuguese site of Canon (scroll down to "câmaras PTZ") and the other is a university paper on computer and robotics imaging, from the department of Electrotechnical Engineering, where they refer to "visão panorâmica 360°" and "funções pan-tilt-zoom".
In a few cases, they call it "câmaras com função de giro&inclinação", but the most common solution is to keep the original names.
