Should this be translated "Direktion" or "Bestyrelse". I am confused, because I have another text (Commercial Register) for the same bank, where they only mention "The Board", which I would definitely translate into "Bestyrelse". Maybe these two Boards mentioned are not the same kind of Board?

Direktion
As the board of managing directors have an executive (active) role it would be more appropriate to refer to them as "direktionen" rather than "bestyrelsen". I include a link from a bank with a Board of MDs.
