Portuguese term

Lasca que é um mimo

Portuguese to English Marketing Food & Drink
This appears in some market research about an advert for cod and this particular phrase is a slogan.
Lasca appears throughout which I am not sure if it is slices or chunks in relation to cod but it's the slogan in particular that I am unsure of "Lasca que é um mimo"
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thank you so much for all your comments and help.
As it's a slogan for the company that produces the cod, it's kind of a standalone phrase so I can't really give much more context but I really appreciate the responses, they are very helpful.

Lascas is flakes, but the way you craft the phrase is up to you. Mouth-watering, succulent, melting, moment of pleasure are good options. Of course you have to have tried the food to really understand the concept of these large flakes of fish. Gilmar knows what I'm talking about obviously.
Paulinho Fonseca Oct 29, 2014:
@Sophie,

Have you got more context?

I think it describes 'chuncks=nacos/pedaços"

The delicious flakes of cod just slide apart so beautifully

There is shitty cod, and there's the stuff that when you press gently on it with the back of your fork starts to fall apart in these big juicy flakes, Mmmm all you need is some exquisite olive oil some tasty chickpeas and a pinch of finely chopped parsley and onion

neither slices nor chunks, which are both man-made, this is how the fish falls apart after being cooked. Not all fish 'lasca', salmon does for instance and you get the salmon flakes

It flakes apart beautifully.

Sugestão.
Example sentence:

It's hard to overcook the salmon with this method and it flakes apart beautifully for salads.

When you take it out of the bag, you squeeze the cheese to get the excess water out of it, and then it flakes apart beautifully
