Discussion

Alejandro Alcaraz Sintes Oct 15, 2014:
leakproof "leakproof" is certainly a good option.
erowe Oct 15, 2014:
In that case either of the suggestions already given (or "leakproof") is sufficient. Good luck!
Carolina Dagli (asker) Oct 15, 2014:
Yes, it is an oil tank.
erowe Oct 15, 2014:
Is the tank known to be an oil tank?

hermetically sealed

It is not clear if is it sealed to prevent oil leaking out or seeping in... but I reckon "hermetically sealed" covers all angles.

Or even if oil is somehow used in the sealing process... but still, there you go.

If it is about an oil tank, then it will be "hermetically sealed to prevent oil leakage"...

"Leakproof" might be the best option - it's shorter than my original offering...
Peer comment(s):

agree philgoddard : Probably the last option.

"Leakproof" would work, now we know what kind of tank it is...
agree Alejandro Alcaraz Sintes : Last option, yes.

I think I prefer your "leakproof" now ;)
agree YESHWANT UMRALKAR : I would go with "hermetically sealed to prevent oil leakage"...
