Estou trabalhando em um documento sobre os efeitos da recessão americana em alguns setores da construção civil.
Entre alguns dos termos, tenho os três abaixo, os quais estou tendo uma certa dificuldade de achar a terminologia em Português adequada.
Espero que alguém possa me dar uma luz.

Mesmo que a actividad dos sectores dos materais da construcçao realo disminuiu entre os anos 2008 e 2013, os niveis de consumo foram bastante amplos como para revalorizar e aumentar esses materiais que estavam em estoque, se comparamos com a estocagem da construccao activa. Nesta situaçao achamos a estocagem util.
