I would not say fundraising because fundraising (at least in the US) is used when a non-profit organization raises funds. If you look at the Chilean reference it includes commercial paper as well so it is not only deposits.

Very difficult to say without more context... but this would be my understanding. "deposit" is perhaps not 100% accurate, as "captacion" can be money coming in from many different avenues, but I believe it is our closest equivalent - unless anyone else has a better term?
