和掉

Chinese to English Art/Literary Poetry & Literature Fiction novel
Little White, Little Red, Xin Yi, and the narrator like to play mahjong together. Little Red always wins. The narrator says it's because she's smart. Little White says it's because of Xin Yi's dumb strategy. I don't understand what this strategy is. Right now I assume that 清一色 is a pure suit hand, 一条龙 is just tiles lines in a row, 小屁 is an insult and 和掉 means to go out, as in call your win.
Any suggestions would be welcome.

小白说都是因为辛荑每次都做清一色一条龙,每次都被小红抢先小屁和掉。

easy mahjong

I agree with Trevor's reading, but you might as well use the existing mahjong terminology.

小白说都是因为辛荑每次都做清一色一条龙,每次都被小红抢先小屁和掉。
Xiao Bai said it was because Xin Yi kept trying for the pure hand, so Little Red could always go mahjong first with any old low scoring rubbish.
Xiao Bai said it was because Little Red always took the easy mahjong while Xin Yi was trying to build up a pure hand.

小红 ended up claiming the winning hand ahead of 小屁 each and everytime, since辛荑每次都做清一色一条龙, said小白.

Go out

The strategy here refers to Xin Yi going for big hands all the time (difficult to get but they win more money), but being beaten to it (going out) by Little Red because he went for simpler hands and went out quickly.

Little White said that it was because Xin Yi always went for [big hands such as a] a single suit or run, whilst Little red, the little rascal, always went out first.
