Similar a como los contadores y auditores llaman "bitácora –o senda– de auditoría" a todos los eventos que se suceden en un sistema transaccional, creo "trail time" que se refiere a la hora indicada en la bitácora del sistema de llamadas (software de llamadas, en este caso), de cuando ocurrieron los sucesos.
