Digital plates in general ( this refers to all kinds of digital polymers and to the products of all plate suppliers) require high UVA energy, combined with short main exposure times.
In the analog workflow low UVA energy can be compensated by increase the main exposure time.A low UVA output cannot be compensated by simply increasing the main exposure time. If digital plates are exposed (too) long because the low UVA energy requires a long main exposure time in order to get a correct cross linking, than those polymers show an increased risk for brittleness.
